15 lbs and 25 days until surgery!

I am having surgery on 2/20. I am determined to lose 15 lbs by then.

Healthy Living & Weight Loss Goals Started

So I have decided to loose weight and get healthy once and for all. I would like to loose a minimum of 50 - 65 pounds and have decided to take small baby steps to get healthier. I have started a facebook page to support others in this challenge as well. I will post the link at the bottom of this blog. So one week ago I started making little changes. For this week I have several small challenges, they are as follows:

So, set up the Wii Fit Plus tonight! I am - 5 foot 6 and weighing 8 stone 6 (heaviest I've been for a long time!) and my age is 28?! - 9 years older than that I am!!
Am planning on using the wii everyday I am at home! Morning's before work - evening's after work! 
Can't really comment on what routine or plan I did this evening as there was nothing to it - tried a little bit of everything and have to say in the 4 HOURS I spent on it my balance is shite. Also - find that it is very slow paced? I'm used to hard, fast long workouts.. which I do often for a few weeks, then give up. So maybe these short, little workouts might keep me going more regularly for longer!

Been looking at routines on here, so going to do the 30 min fat burning routine thing 1 tomorrow morning! 2 the next morning I'm here, 3 the next etc etc.. Then evenings when I'm at home going to look at the hard 45 min fat burners if I can handle it! 

Set myself a target of 4lb in 2 weeks, personally I think I should beat that if I carry on at this level of using it - but I dunno never used exercise to loose weight before! 

If you have any comments or suggestions if reading any of the bollocks I've just typed out, be free to share! Always welcome. 

So, going to rest my hard worked 4 F'ING HOURS muscles!

Starting today I will give myself and my body the attention it needs. I am always tired and fussing about my weight well now is the time to do something abput it. Thank you for having such a great website to help me find exercises to do for my wii fit plus game. will do plus and zumba .. let you know how its going

First day

I bought the Wii fit plus the other day.  I am determined to get healthy and maintain a healthy weight.  Well after getting everything hooked up, I was tired, but I continued on to the first steps.  Do I have any balance?  It appears not so much.  OK, here comes the truth.  High BMI, high weight. OMG, is that my fit age? I am going to training immediately.  Well, it was challenging as I am so out of shape, but I must persevere.  Well here I am on day 3, and I am beginning to feel better.  I can get down on the floor easier and the running is not as traumatic. I actually enjoy the challenge of learning the routines.  I stay encouraged.
