.. so i decided to do a strength w/o versus a weight loss w/o tonight .. i definitely enjoy strength training, but i realized how weak i have gotten over the years. ah .. but i will get back into it .. on a good note, my wii fit age is 20!! which is -8!! i was pretty stoked about that .. anyway .. i think tomorrow i am going to do a yoga w/o, just to mix it up a bit .. i definitely sweat more doing the weight loss (more aerobics, etc), so i feel like i am working harder ..
but let me tell you -- the cobra is one of my fav yoga moves .. i love how the stretch feels .. and i love having that move as one of my cooldown exercises
