In just over 2 weeks using the Wii Fit Plus, controlling my diet and keeping positive, i've managed to lose 8lbs.....and im loving it! I also hit my first mini goal which was to get my BMI into the 25's, and the lower end of the overweight category! Next mini goal is to get into the Normal Category, so now Im now trying to concentrate more on BMI and how I feel, rather than getting hung up on lbs (though of course losing lbs is great!)
Today I only managed 1hr on Wii Fit, doing a couple of Steps Plus, Step Basic, Cycling Advance, Super Hula Hoops, Rhythm Boxing, Jogging, and a bit of Yoga and Strength Training.
I also did about 20 mins of intense training with hubby! After my first intense training with him on Monday, my whole body is aching all over, but I feel good in myself!
Step Count for today is:13,300 and counting!
Diet today was a bowl of Special K, a medium portion of spaghetti with pecorino sauce, a large bowl of fruit salad, a few cups of coffee, and one slice of toast!
