Back on it, Day 1 (or is it 2?)

I'm finding it hard to believe myself, but I actually got up extra early this morning to do my Wii Fit routine. Actually, I used one of the 30 minute routines found on this site; I believe it was one of the Strength routines.

I always wondered whether exercising in the morning would invigorate me or wear me out. Well, it energized me! I was surprised at the amount of energy I had for a Monday morning.

My job was relatively slow today, so I did hit an "energy wall" around 11:00, but rebounded later in the day.

We'll see how Tuesday goes. More to come. . .

Haha, you lucky duck! I wish I had time to exercise in the morning.
I hear it's way better to exercise in the morning, because then you continually burn fat throughout the day. Or something like that.
