Best shape of my life

Well, it has been quite a while since I have posted anything.
So, here goes the story.  Back in Feburaruy, I got off my lazy butt and joined a gym.  I have been going there 4-5 times a week.  I still use the Wii Fit but only as a scale, doing the exercises at rare times.

However, I have added tons of muscle to my frame, lost a lot of fat, but I am still at 284 pounds.  I know that I have added 20-30 pounds in muscle, so the numbers just dont bother me.
I still go on  walks on occassions (7 miles was the last one), but mostly stick to skating, bowling, swimming, or the gym workouts.

I have noticed that my stomach is still distended, but I think that has a lot to do with adding 200 pounds to my stomach crunches.  I can do them easily, and I think I have added a LOT of ab muscles there.
However, now that I have the muscles in place that I want, it is time for me to get off my lazy butt, and start to perfrom aerobic exercises to help burn off the fat layers that I still have.

My diet has been changed back to Slimfast shakes, snacks, and salads for the most part, in order to help with the remaining fat loss.

Holler back at me if you can keep me encouraged .

Don't know if I can keep you encouraged, but I will be here to listen if you ever need someone for that. My current motivation is hunting season is coming up and I want to stay in good shape to pull that deer or elk I plan on getting out of the woods. If you do freesteps on wii fit you can watch TV while you exercise so it's almost like multitasking.

I cant say that it encourages me, as I am not a hunter. But thanks anyway. However, what does encourage me is knowing that I can go for a 20 mile hike/walk and not suffer much. My legs may hurt a little afterwards, but the pain is from working them, not from hurting them.
