Eat this, NOT THAT!

So lets be honest. How do we know how many calories are REALLY in the fast foods that we love. What sounds healthier: A grilled chiken sandwhich with the fixings, or a Big n' tasty? Well actually the Big n' tasty has less calories because the grilled chiken sandwhich has mayonaise! 200 Calorie diffrence can be a deciding factor for all of us here. So i recently bought the book  " Eat this not that 2010" Ill be naming some popular places to eat.

Starbucks:

Eat this: (Breakfast)
Bacon, Gouda and egg Frittata: 380 cals,20 g. fat, 1050 mg sodium.

NOT THAT:
Blueberry scone: 460 cals, 22 g fat, 1g trans fat, 420 mg sodium

Drinks:
Eat this:

Strawberry/ Chocolate Banana Vivanno: 280 cals, 1.5 g fat, 41 g sugar
Grande Caffe Americano: 15 cals, nothing else :)
Grande Iced Coffe: 115 cals, 24 g sugar

Not that!
Grande 2% Caffe Latte: 190 cals 7 g fat, 17 sugar
Venti Strawberries and Creme Frappaccino: 580 cals, 78 g sugar, 15 g fat
Grande Java Chip Frappuccino: 340 Cals, 8 g fat, 52 g sugar


Burger King:

Eat this:

Whopper JR:  290 cals, 12 g fat, 500 mg fat
Crossant Which, Bacon Cheese Egg: 350 cals, 19 g fat, 870 mg sodium

Not that!:

BK Big fish: 650 cals, 32 g fat, 1540 mg sodium
Sauge Egg Cheese Biscuit: 560 cals, 37 g fat, 590 mg sodium

KFC

Eat this:

KFC Grilled Chiken Breast with drumstick and gravy: 380 cals, 13 g fat, 1190 g sodium
Original Recipe Strips: 310 cals, 4 g fat, 810 mg sodium

Not that!:

Crispy Chiken Breast: 490 cals,31 g fat, 1080 g sodium
Popcorn Chiken: 400 cals, 26 g fat, 1160 g sodium


Panda Express:

Eat this:

Mongalian Beef: 200 cals, 9 g fat, 830
Pinapple Chiken: 230 cals, 10 g fat, 710 mg sodium
Mixed Veggies (entree): 100 cals, 6 g fat, 220 mg sodium

Not that!:

Beijing Beef: 660 cals, 41 g fat, 860 mg sodium
Orange Chiken: 400 cals, 20 g fat, 640 mg sodium
Eggplant and Tofu: 310 cals, 24 g fat, 680 mg sodium



Ok guys i really hope that this helps you with your decision. Tell me below if you want any more restraunts/ Fast food places!

So i lost 2 lbs so far, so thats good. Hope you all are doing well

Finals Suck!

So ive got some good news and some bad news. Which do you want to hear first... Good news? My diet acai power thing came. It was kind of a rip off cause 30 bucks for 60 pills is kind of alot. But ill pay anything to get skinny. Holy crap I am sooo gittery! Damn anywho sorry i havent blogged in a while, guess what its finals week in my school. YAH IT SUCKS i had to study for 6 FINALS History, English, Spanish, Math, Science, ACS. (Advanced Communication Skills) UGH but hey i got my English final back and i got a B. So i was really proud of myself cause it was HARD. There was like 150 questions and I was like SAY WHAT NOW? So ya i havent been able to work out because ive also been tutoring my friend Brett and he needs a really good grade on his final so ive been helping him out with that. The bad news is since i havent been working out lately ive gained like 4 lbs. UGH and ive had this terrible pain in my neck so its hard to work out anyway. But anywho ya damn im sooo jittery! I think that it has cafeen in the pills so thats why. I hope i can loose some fat or something like it promises.

Watch Mii Shrink Day 9 : I despise you Ms. Jillian Michaels -.-

So yesterday i did a workout with The Jillian Michaels Fitness ultimatum 2010, AND IT KICKED MY A$$!  UGH so have you guys ever woke up one morning and stopped right when you were about to get up and your back feels like it could break any minute. Yeah I had that feeling. It hurt, and my calves hurt too. Shes a real slave driver! Todays stats are:

Last Weight: 193.4

Current Weight: 192.8

Diffrence: - .6

Eh, so i ended up lossing .6, better than nothing! Oh okay so theres this plan called the "Saturday morning diet" Its a plan were you eat oatmeal for breakfast, have a thing called a joan bar for lunch. And have a big chiken salad for dinner. So i thought i would give it a try. (I will put the links down below after my blog) So first of all the joan bars are about 110 calories each but VERY filling. Have it with a glass of water and your good to go! UGH but I feel like I was doing very well until my neighbors brough over some sugar cookies for the holidays. I thought it would be rude not to have one. Not too much fitness, just some wii fit plus step arobics. I think i burned about 100 cals.  Ugh oh and school starts tomorrow after a long winter break. Im estatic, Its hard for me to overeat at school. And now that i can eat a joan bar, I should be good to go.

Quick off the wagon blog

So i was at my grandmas and i love her to death but UGH all of her food is soooo good and fattening! So i gained 2 lbs in like 6 days.
Which is alright, im just happy i didnt gain 6, because ive worked really hard. So ya i havent been able to do the Wii Fit, or anything
OH I GOT THE JILLIAN MICHAELS GAME, ugh its so hard! It kicked my butt!

I've suddenly noticed that at 191 i always hit a plateu. So i feel really bad about this, but i ordered
Acai Ultimate Force. Yes, it is a "Fat burner" but i checked with my parents and their monitering my health status too. Ugh i hope it comes soon, because I DO need help, my diet is pretty good but i need an extra push. Its going to come either Jan. 6th, or Jan. 7th. I cant wait and im soo excited. I know that im cheating but, i do need a little help. Because i really want to get past that stupid plateu.

Watch Mii Shrink: Day 2

So i actually didn't eat at all bad, but I will admit to some pie. So todays stats are:

Bmi:28.18
Weight: 190.4

Diffrence: -1.2 lbs

Alright i guess ill take that, not bad. I had a great xmas, it was fun filled and i burned 305 cals doing the step classes, rythem kung fu, and that parade thing. (BOY will that kill your arms) I restrained myself at dinner although i did again have some pie.

I hope you guys aren't to nervous/embarresed to say how you did, because this is real life. So make a blog just admitting to stuff or saying how good you did!

So ya i know i didnt want to do the whole kennycm thing but i need to, it keeps me motivated. So todays stats are Yesterday Bmi: 28.47
Lbs: 192.2

Today:

Bmi: 28.38
Lbs: 191.6

Diffrence: -0.6


Well not bad, ah i love perfect ten and rythem kung fu. Lol well today i fess up to eating a little bit of candy but i did better than i thought. Well guys remember

The Wii Fit has arrived!!!!

So our holiday tradition is that you get to open one present on xmas eve night. Well since i saw about 2 big ones i could tell which one the wii fit was because there was a little handle sticking out.
Boy i just finished a half and hour workout and let me tell ya it was fun! I love both rythem kung fu and the yoga poses! Ah im soo excited. Soooo now im going to be doing a daily blog about how it went, my weight ect. So ofcourse me being me im going to give this a catchy name how about...

Wii plus me Day 1

blah blah blah idk i like that name. UGH and yes i hate the BMI thing, it sucks. Anywho have a great holiday!  Oh and i will start this whole thing on Dec. 26th. Lol i wont even count xmas but i loves you and:
