Well Taking the day of feeling ill got an ear infection and having to take antibiotics around food I thought I'd give myself along break a little while after the first day I did eat some really fatty food but once I'm back at school I will start again. Had no caffeine at all for one week!!!

First Blog Entry. About time? I think so.

Hello to all fellow Wii Fit users! First off, I must say, from the blogs I've read and the comments people have left, I can feel that this is a very supportive site and people are not rude and hateful. I think that is why I'm finally feeling comfortable enough to start posting on here. I think I could use it, mentally, too.

Days 1 and 2

So here starts what will hopefully be a successful change of lifestyle to bring down my cholesterol, avoid future knee problems, and fit into the clothes I like!  Six months ago, I was 10 pounds lighter than I am now.  That realization was prompted by putting on a shirt that fit when I was at one of my heaviest points in HS and having it feel a little tight.  I realized then I was pushing 220 on a 5'5" frame.  So, the goal is 1lb a week, to get back to around the 160ish mark by this time next year.  More important than the numbers, however, is getting my waist size down from 40" and back to polos not feeling skin tight (anything large enough for my gut is far too big for my shoulders and comes to my knees, so mostly, I'm wearing things tight).
