so .. i decided to do 2 w/o a day on the weekends, or when i have time, ie like days i have off during the week .. hopefully this will jumpstart my weight loss .. i thought i would play around with WFP and what type of things they offer .. i did few WFP workouts that target specific areas you want to work on:

this was a really good workout .. i got my heart rate up and i was sweating a little .. :)
