I have to start off by saying I am extremely proud of myself today. I actually got up when my alarm went off at 5:15am this morning and before the comfort of my bed could lure me back to sleep, I went straight to the bathroom and splashed some cold water on my face and went to work setting up the Wii Fit for my morning workout. I was very happy to have unlocked the Free Step yesterday so I went ahead and set it up for a 30 minute duration to get a good workout in without the interruption of changing screens from one group of activities to another. My issue was that I wanted to get a workout in before my daughter woke up and wanted to play around with the balance board.

McDonalds Vanilla iced coffee (the menu board at Mickey D's called this a small but the website referred to it as a medium)

I actually didn't record what I ate or drank today- I know, I am such a slacker sometimes, LOL! But the good news is I was feeling much better today but took it easy and didn't use the Wii Fit. I know this week has been really lousy with staying motivated and committed but tomorrow is the start of a brand new week and I am optimistic it will go better than this last one. Stay tuned!
