So back again after a week of rushing around and very little time at home. Weight has dropped a little - I'll give thanks to possibly working out a lunch and eating out solution that doesn't layer on the calories and tracking what I am eating through livestrong.com.
Still trying to form healthy habits but it is back to the doc next week for more tests and to see what went wrong with the thyroid meds he gave me that I now have insomnia but otherwise don't feel any different. I seriously should be shedding weight by now - it has been 9 weeks.
Exercises done:
Jackknife 30reps
Parallel stretch 30sec (this is HARD!)
Torso&waist twists (6 reps each) x2 - still not feeling this at all.
Single Arm Stand (6 reps) - not doing this again, didn't enjoy it at all
Heading (lvl 1) - got a new high score but still not 4 stars yet
Penguin Slide (lvl 1) - new to me but good fun once I got the hang of it
Cycling (lvl 1) - another new one, much like jogging. I am not a fan.
Free Step (20 mins) - I up the pace and get about 1800 steps. This one really makes me sweat.
Just need to get into the habit and make the time to work out. I do try to get some walking in at lunch while I am at work. Perhaps I should start wearing my pedometer again to track ... not sure.
