Challenge II day 15

Booooo, I was feeling cruddy again today. Maybe I shouldn't have jumped back into a big workout yesterday. I wasn't able to work out at all today. But, I ate pretty well.

Breakfast- Nonfat Vanilla yogurt and pineapple
Brunch- carrot raisin salad and toast with peanut butter
Lunch- deli sandwich
Dinner- the rest of that darn pizza
Fluids- 20 oz water, 16 oz diet pepsi

[1676 calories]

Tomorrow I'll try a moderate workout, so that I wont wear myself out and I can get back to working out regularly.

Space Jockey
Even going for a light workout is good. Something to move the muscles but not put too much stress on them. Let your body heal first before you do anything too strenuous.
