Hey this is the start of my Blog! I hope you guys will read this and maybe give me some pointers and support!
I did a warmup before I checked my Body Test as it's been a very long time since I used it.
Advanced Obstacle Course (14 cals) (to work on fitness)
Advanced Juggling (8 cals) (to work on balance)
Balance: Left - 49.9% Right - 50.1% (Better than I though :))
BMI last time: 35.20
BMI now: 35.35
Weight last time: 97 kg
Weight now: 97.4 kg
There's been a +0.4 kg Change since last time (March) I did this; so I know that it's easy for my body to stay the same weight for a very long time. However, from weigt gain over the years it has added up, so timely excersises, once at a good weight, will keep me at a health size.
Then I had to set a new goal because the one I had last year was over (and not reached due to my neglectfulness). So I am about 200 lbs now and I want to be around 180 lbs(83 kg) by Febuary (as that seems more reasonable goal than the 170 lbs I wanted to be) and once converted into kg then I want to lose 14.5 kg (20 lbs) in about 2 and a half months.
However the Wii's goals are different. So as my goal for just on the Wii I'll aim for 10 kg in 2 months (must lose 2.3 kg per 2 weeks). Even though the Wii disagrees with this, as it may cause a weight rebound effect, I am still doing it as on the Wii I cannot put the precise goal I want to reach (which is longer than the one on the Wii).
Continuing, I did the single-leg test. My stability is 68% as opposed to the last one 86%. and then the Prediction test where my time was 22.89 while my previous was 23.12 (once I started going left I was like "Too late now to go right" so I stayed to see if I could JUST make it... I didn't lol)
WiiFit Age: 21
Actual Age: 17
Now for the first time I honestly don't mind that it's over by a few years. Usually when you aren't use to the activities and don't know what they are (or don't remember), your first time is gonna be a little sucky (sometimes really sucky) but it isn't a bad thing because once you start doing more your age should even out better.
WiiFit Goal: BMI 31.72/ 10 kg in 2 months
My Goal: 20 lbs(or a little less) in 2 and a half months
Basic Run(distance short) 41% burn (24 cals)
Island Cyling: Beginner Course (Distance 1.525 km)(14 cals)
Then went into personal workout and used:
Returned to regular activites and did:
Rhythm Kung Fu (beginner)(540 points) (13 cals)
Snow ball fight (Advanced)(45 hits)(7 cals)
Tilt City (231 points)(7 cals)
Count to 10 (o:49.96)(3 cals)
Total Time: 40 minutes
Total Cals Burned: 166
After all of this my BMI went down to 35.31. So now I have to lose 9.9 kg to reach my goal. If my excesises are done everyday it shouldn't be a problem.
If you are wondering why I chose these activities it's because to me they were fun. Don't EVER do anything you hate doing, you'll get fed up with the activities and might stop trying. I also choose the activities in my personal workout because they targeted specific parts of my body where I wanted to lose weight. Always read what activities you are doing in your workout to find out what's best for you.
So remember have fun and use some specific activites to target where you want to lose weight!!
Remaining Goal: 9.9 kg
P.S. I promise next time my blog won't be so long lol
I'm sorry I never explained this more. The weight goal I put was simply a guess on my part. I actually asked in a group about two weeks ago what a reasonable goal would be, but never recieved an answer. So I guessed. Also, if it seems like I'm not going to reach this goal, by simply excersising for about 40 minutes every day or so, then I'm not going to try and overdo it to try and reach it. It was simply there for me to have it there, and if I don't reach it in the amount of time then I still have it as an end goal for a later time. I promise to you, I'm not going to try and overdo this, I'm just planning to excersise regularly and see if I even reach anything close to the goal I put, and if not then I'll still have the goal to reach for later on, while continuing to excersise.
Sorry for the confusion! :(
