But still for the 3rd day running apparently ive gained weight......nnnnoooooooooooooooooo!!!! Im meant to be loosing weight lol! Eventhough Im eating better, cutting out alcohol and exercising, a 2lb weight gain! Perhaps its because each day I exercise at a different time.
Anyway, I managed 1hr 30mins today eventhough I had hubby and little one at home all day. The highlight was when the little piggy turned bronze to signify 10hrs on the Wii fit yay!
I did a mixture of strength and yoga exercises, which Im slowly improving on...my current fave being the jacknife...wow does it work! I also did 20mins free step clocking up 2200 steps approx., and a 30 min try at the cycling Expert course (which I couldnt do, but I lost nearly 100 calories trying. In total I burned about 330 calories today.
On the menu today was a banana and toast for breakfast, spaghettin and pecorino sauce for lunch, and for dinner a big bowl of fruit salad! In between I had about 6 cups of tea and coffee (which is good-I used to drink over 10 cups a day!)
I will continue with the wii fit plus happily as Im definetly feeling better and feeling like im loosing weight.....but hope the scales show me i've lost it too....soon! lol
