For now, I'm just going with the Wii's goal I have set.
Goal: 10.0 kg in 2 months (This is NOT set in stone. If I don't reach it it doesn't matter, as long as I have some results)
Some of you may have read my last blog and read Kenny's and Pacer33's comments. Please read my the edit I did at the bottom of it so I can clear up the whole "Goal" thing. Thanks!
Warm Up:
Beginner Soccer Heading (303 points)(5 cals)
Advanced Island Cycling (5.443km)(I totally forgot the route I use to take XDD)(53 cals)
My Routine:
Deep Breathing
Warrior
Half-Moon
Sun Salutation
Chair
Torso Twists
Lunge
Spine Extension
Bridge
Deep Breathing
(76 Cals)
Other Activities:
Advanced Snowball Fight(42 hits)(7 cals)
Advanced Obstacle Course (552 points)(17 cals)
Total Calories Burned: 158
Total Time: About 40 minutes (time was cut off right after I finished My Routine because my Wii thought it was 12:00 am... -_-'')
I have to say after doing the Bridge excercise I just don't want to do the Deep Breathing. Ya know why? 'Cause my floor is super comfy! LOL
Body Test:
Balance: Left- 48.2% Right-51.8%
BMI last time: 35.31
BMI now: 34.91
Weight last time: 97.4 kg
Weight now: 96.2 kg
Remaining Goal: 8.7 kg
OMG that's a big difference from before O_o. It's weird because the routine's essentially the same as yesterday but with a totally different result. I'm taking a guess that it's because I did Advanced Island Cycling instead of Beginner.
P.S. Sorry this blog was late I did stuff today... and then I watched Teen Titans... Cause I'm nostalgic!!
