Couldnt log on yesterday, as our internet was down, so instead I kept myself busy, busy, busy!
I did 1hr 20 mins on the Wii Fit....a combination of some yoga, and strength exercises, as well as my usual favourites.....step plus, free step, cycling, rythym boxing, super hula hoop, perfect 10, jogging, and some skateboarding!
I also did alot of walking, and for the first time ever, I clocked up 16,4oo steps!!!
On the diet front....not great though. Had a toast for breakfast with honey, a McD's cheeseburger and small fries, 2 small slices of fresh baked bread and butter, but I had my fruit bowl for dinner (eventhough I cooked a beautiful lasagna for the family!)
Havent done any exercise yet....plan to this afternoon after I get down all my chores and laundry, but I did manage a Body Test this morning and I'm currently at a BMI of 25.89! Considering I was over 27 BMI three weeks ago.....Im really pleased! So determined to succeed this time! The Wii Fit has been my perfect motivation! I joined weighwatchers in December, but when the subscription ends in March, I dont think i'll be renewing as the Wii Fit has motivated me like nothing else has in my quest to lose weigh!
