Yupp another quote! Can you guess what it's from? Hint: It's from a Christmas Special :)
Yesterday, I ended up having no time to do anything on the Wii; with Christmas getting closer there's been a lot going down. Plus I also ended up waking up really late even though I went to bed early for once...
I had very little time today too, but I found time to multi-task between Free Step and watching River Monsters.
Activities:
Free Step (Duration 30 minutes) (156 cals)
Advanced Snowball Fight(55 hits)(7 cals)
Advanced Obstacle Course (472 points)(17 cals)
Advanced Tilt City (309 points)(7 cals)
Total Calaries Burned: 187
Total Time: 38 minutes
Body Test:
Balance: Left- 49.9% Right- 50.1%
BMI last time: 35.27
BMI now: 35.16
Weight last time: 97.2 kg Weight now: 96.9 kg
Remaining Goal: 9.5 kg
The episode of River Monsters I saw right before I did Free Step(while watching the episode after) was probably my favourite lol It was about the Alligator Gar. I now think this is my new favourite fish, it's actually a very beautiful creature, and is very docile. It's also sad how misunderstood it is because of it's name and feirce appearence, infact it's a threatened fish because of this. I would suggest watching this episode it's really good. Also I'm glad about how respectful the host of the show is towards fish and the people he meets. ^^
Oh and after a super long time without my DDR and being reminded of it so much (I even listened to DDR music during my past few workouts) I might just start playing it again. I wish I had Extreme 2 though, but you live with whatcha' got, eh?
