A Year for Health

I have tried countless times to drop some of this extra weight, but it just hasn't seemed to work, mostly because I give up. I decided that I'm going to set much smaller goals, to hopefully drop what I want (and need for the sake of my knees) to lose in year. So, here's the pound a week challenge!

So I decided to up it seriously!

50 mins wii bowling w/combined dance aerobics

and again later today

40 mins wii bowling w/combined dance aerobics

combined 90 mins!!!
