You have a very soothing voice. It's comforting to hear. Congrats on losing a pound this week. When you lose weight slowly it tends to stay off for longer. I too am working my core ab muscles via jackknife. It really gets hard but will be well worth it in the end. I don't tend to monitor my calories all that much, I just cut out all dark sodas and eat alot more fruit now than I used to. Glad to hear of your positive progress and I hope to hear more great results in the future.
