			<description>&lt;p&gt;Hi,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;p&gt;Day is not good today so canceled the exercise this morning.&amp;nbsp; Not much sleep last night and very dizzy this morning.&amp;nbsp; My weight did go down quite a bit and I think it's due to the fact I did not eat a lot yesterday since I was so dizzy.&amp;nbsp; Very short blog.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;p&gt;BMI 26.55, weight 196, age 31, no fitness.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;p&gt;Will try WIO later...&amp;nbsp; Blessings - Kenny&lt;/p&gt;</description>
