Friday:
Got out for a long walk with the pup today. I’m only counting it as 20 minutes, though, because a lot of the time was spent stopping so she could sniff things. It was sunny with a breeze today, yet my allergies weren’t too bad so maybe the pollen is subsiding. Thank goodness.
Exercise:
20 minute walk

Breakfast- chocolate rice milk
Brunch-a slice of King’s Hawaiian bread
Lunch- deli sandwich
Dinner- chicken breast and low-fat cheddar biscuits I made experimenting with inventing recipes for a friend’s cookbook.

I felt like all I ate today was carbs, but calorie-count still says my carbs were too low. It says that every day. I was focusing today on getting a good amount of calcium in, because I think I need more in my diet. The enriched rice milk helped. I think I’ll add that into my diet regularly.
Saturday:
Short entry for today-I was away from the computer for most of the day, so I just tallied calories roughly on a piece of paper. I think it was bout 1950. For exercise I RAN today. Jeez, that was pathetic. I got in 20 minutes total, but there was a lot of stopping for side cramps and such.
Sunday:
Allergies buried me today. I slept most of the day. I ate some cereal for breakfast, potatoes and half an enchilada later on, and a couple slices of Hawaiian bread. Couldn’t have been too many calories. Really hope I feel well enough to get some real exercise tomorrow.
