My back always feels good right after a workout but when I get up in the morning it hurts like a mofo.
Did pretty much something similar to yesterday but doubled up the yoga. Hopefully stretching will help it out. I'm also going back to doing some of my PT stuff even though it's not in any workout on the Wii. It seemed to work back when I was doing PT.
Have to go back to work tomorrow because, well, I have work to do. I have to remember, five day weekend coming up at the end of the month. I get to spend three wonderful days at the track. What a wonderful experience.
Yes I love Nascar that much. Now, my goal for the next couple of weeks is not to lose any weight but to get my back to stop hurting. Walking 10 to 15 miles a day for three days can be very painful if my back is killing me.
I can't wait.
