I stumbled upon this site while searching for WiiFit workout routines and am really excited to get started tracking my workouts. With a 8-5 job and an 1 1/2 hour commute it's going to be interesting learning to manage my time a little better. I'm usually wiped out by the end of the day.

 As of Sunday, Sept 9th I added the WiiFit into my tiny workout routine which usually consists of running 2x a week for about 20 mins and trail biking for 3 hours 1x week.

 My overall goal with the WiiFit is to gain strength and tone muscle while giving me the push to expand my cardio routine. My short term goal weight-wise is to go from 124lbs to 118lbs, a median healthy weight for my size.

 I didn't write down Sunday or Monday's WiiFit routine, but I will take care to do so in the future.
