i was eating dinner last night (fish and chips) when all of a sudden i felt very guilty about what i was eating, i didnt even get around to eating the chips (which i normally live for)!! I immediately set up wii fit again and this time i was going to stick to it!
i weighed in and was 3 KILOS! more than i thought i was which was very depressing. i trained for an hour and a half and started to feel a bit better. i weight myself again this morning and lost 0.8grams (which is probably because i weighed myself at night last time) but i was still pleased with the results.
today i could not stop exercising! i am addicted! i have excercised from over 2 and a half hours and im going to go back for another 2! i love it so much! i hope all of this hard work pays off!
