It felt good to take a rest for awhile.  Nice to get things taken care of and get back to working out.  Worked out for 26 minutes and burned 122 calories.  Some things I noticed is that I definitely worked out less than usual.  Also it's Monday so I'm coming off my work week where I'm tired.  I decided to make Monday's my arms days for working out.  I definitely need to tone them up and it seemed like a good way to exercise and not stress myself overly.  Several of the exercises are definitely unilateral as my right arm got all the workout while lefty didn't really get any workout.  Although by the end of the workout my right arm was definitely tired.  Also the calories burned was alot less.  That will take some getting used to because I'm used to high amounts of calories burned.  I must remember again and again that the focus now isn't losing weight, it's gaining muscle and toning up.

I think part of it is that I'm not too sure what exercises would really be great just for arms only since I definitely didn't feel like running.  EA:SA is easier to tell but there aren't many to work on via WFP.  I'd consider it a productive day, and even though lefty didn't get a huge workout I have time to work at it and figure out what will work for me.  I didn't join this website knowing anything about what I wanted, it took time.  Learning what works for me will take time as well.

Notables:
1. Increasing protein.  The exercise guy I consult with at work takes in about 150 grams of protein per day.  I may aim around there, not sure yet but I'm increasing my protein intake somehow.
2. I've been drinking a ton of V8 Fusion lately.  I go through a bottle every 4-5 days or so.  Some are ok, I have found one I really hate though.  It is nice getting alot of veggies and fruit servings per glass though so that's nice.  I'm still getting 3 of fruit per day also which is great.
3. Thanks to CLM's encouragement I decided to join Club Nintendo and register some products to get that tote bag just like hers.
4. I'm finally going to start using EA:MW starting Monday.  I can't wait anymore to see what exercises it has, plus I think it'll have more bilateral exercises for my arms and legs and alot more that focus on the abdominals.

I'm sure there's more I want to say but I can't think of it.  It's good to be back.

I reached my weight goal and I wasn't sure where to go from there. Needed some time to figure out where to go from there exactly. Plus the buildup of work around the house was beginning to bother me.

Hopefully you can get the tote bag soon!

One quick thing about V-8 Fusion -- be very careful of all of the sugar. They say there is "no added sugar" but having juice is like putting 4-5 concentrated fruits into "one" serving. You're much better off having a whole orange/apple, whatever, as you're getting the fiber with the real fruit (go run and look at the fiber content of your juice). One of those Fusions has the amount of sugar that my dietitian has set for me for the entire day, and you're consuming a lot more calories. Almost ALL of the carbs are sugar.

Definitely not trying to tell you what to do, of course, but most people aren't aware of this. smilies/smiley.gif
