I still haven't touched my Wii in ages (wow, did that sound totally dirty or what?!). I haven't even done a body test in a few weeks...I used to do them religiously every morning. Must get back at it.
The only workouts I've really done lately are the following:
May 9 - 5.3km run, 37:45mins / 455cals
May 10 - 4.3km bike ride, 17min / 96cals
May 12 - 5.39km run, 39:20mins / 453cals plus 10mins of arm exercises with my body bar (http://www.bodybar.com/ if you don't know what that is)
The weather has been pretty crap the last few days, which is disappointing because I wanted to ride back and forth to work each day, but have only done so on Monday, so far. I'm going to have to develop some cycling legs really fast, since the ride home from work involves some steep long hills. And I do mean steep. I had to get off the bike and walk it a block on one of the hills...I hope by the end of the month that I'll be able to make it up the entire way on the bike!
