Personal challenge day 10 review

Whoohoo, I'm a third of the way through this challenge! I don't know what comes next after this (and I'm trying not to think about it, as to no get ahead of myself), but I know that when it's past I'll feel like Queen of the World.

The depression fog in my head is starting to clear a little. I went out for Mexican food again today, but this time I partook. I thought I was being good getting a vegetarian burrito, but it turned out to be full of cheese and sour cream and it totaled over 800 calories. Good thing I let up on my calorie limit or else the rest of the day would have been miserably hungry.

I went through a storage box of old movies and found all my old workout videos a couple days ago. I think I'll keep them alongside  my wii for days when I want to mix it up a little. A little TaeBo would be a fun blast from the past. When I was 19 my best friend and I had a tradition of "TaeBo Tuesdays".

I tried getting into Taebo back in 2000. In fact I still have four of the tapes. I don't know if I could do them again, I think it'd be hard to bulk up doing that. You have the most interesting pictures on your posts, I like them.

TAEBO!! Hahahaah I remember that craze! So funny. I totally understand the vegetarian burrito thing - once they pile on the sour cream and cheese it gets full of calories. It is amazing how many calories just sour cream adds. When I go to Chipotle I usually opt for a bowl instead of a burrito and lay off the sour cream and ask for light cheese and extra lettuce and that typically saves around 200 calories. And because it is vegetarian they throw in guacamole for free which is super healthy.
