After getting hung up on the wii scales reading for the last few days and getting disheartened, I desperatly tried to get myself motivated to stay on track! Im pleased to say I did just that, and where I wouldve given up before, I will continue, so thats a huge achievement for me!
I did over an hour on the Wii Fit, and burned 323 calories...i did 20 mins free step and I clocked up 2234 steps. I also did a few of the Wii Fit Routines (ie, leaner Mii, Hips and legs, tummy, over indulged, and shoulders and arms), cycling, some jogging, as well as Step Plus x 3. Ive also so far clocked up 10000 steps with a good few hours still to go so im pleased with that too.
Quick question guys, should I take a rest day? I like doing Wii Fit everyday, but Im thinking should I take a rest day to rest the muscles? Id appreciate your feedback
