I noticed my balance board is wrecking my yoga mat - my pretty lululemon aqua and pink yoga mat!! Won't be putting the board on there anymore! Rhythm boxing is just as fun as Rhythm KungFu. I wish they lasted longer.
I was having some major upper leg pain today, that went away while I was working out, but is coming back already. I thought maybe the exercise would cure it, but it looks like I'll be taking some Ponstan. :(
This was a medium difficulty workout. I find doing MyRoutine is tougher than doing them one at a time, since you don't get as much rest in between. But that's probably a good thing. During cobra I was able to concentrate on the pose like I used to when I was just doing yoga (without the Wii), stretching my upper back and tightening my abs to protect my lower back. I'm surprised that instruction isn't in there, it should be.
