(this is really just meant for my reminding. If anyone is reading its going to be horribly disjointed and a boring read)
Yesterday I decided to finally start doing a daily WiiFit exercise routine. I joined this site a long time ago and never did any of the routines listed. During the time since then I've gained back all the weight I'd previously lost and now need to start getting in shape. The tracking of the exercises is the main appeal of WiiFit to me. The fact that it not only tracks your times but also calculates approx calories burned and graphs the data is awesome.
The Goal: Do 30 mins of WiiFit exercise Every day. Including weekends.
Once the exercise routine is established I'm going to start incorporating dietary changes in a planned fashion. (So after the first couple of weeks to a month) During this time of adjustment I am probably going to make a general attempt to 'eat healthy' but not actively plan out a diet.
Its been a while since I tried to exercise and after the first 30 mins I am sadly pretty tired. I didnt even do very much so its just muscles loosening up that dont normally get stretched. Once I get used to the movements I'm going to start using the 3 lb weights that I own to help strengthen up.
