Haven't had a chance to blog this week, so I thought I'd stop and update this a bit.
As the subject line suggests, I'm still at it. Tuesday was rather rough. I did the full 30 minute strength routine, and initially felt great, but as the day wore on at work, I was beat! It could've been a combo of the early day and work, but either way, I was tired by the end of the day.
My work schedule has changed yet again, so I'm back on leaving for work early in the day, but I'm still getting home late. Wednesday was the first day of this, so I didn't exercise that night. I was back to it last night, doing a 30 minute weight loss routine. It felt really good.
Overall, I am feeling good now that I'm on somewhat of a regular exercise schedule. After I wrap this blog up, I'll be back on Wii Fit tonight with my next routine.
