Yesterday I did some yard work for my dad. Oh boy..the muscles that I don't use often was used and I just couldn't bring myself to do mush today. But tomorrow is a new day and advil will be my cure I hope.

I played Wii bowling and dance aerobics for 25 mins again. Plus I did yard work for my dad. I sure did break a sweat but knowing the amount of calories burned I bet it wasn't much.
