I caught another cold this time sinus. But was able to do 2 hrs of heavy cleaning!

Cleaning for Exercise

So I skipped my regular stuff today and instead cleaned. I tell you using the carpet cleaner for 40 mins will make you sweat like you did a full workout. Not sure if its the heat from the machine or you have to move it back and forth slow a lot.
