2 reasons I'm not training today, 1) yesterday I did a lot, and had some bad back pain last night, though I feel okay but not great today; 2) I did a lot of walking outside today! It was a beautiful day out, 24 degrees and not a cloud in the sky, so Daisy and I went to the park. We walked around and took some pictures of flowers and animals, then sat down on a hill to read and relax for a bit. Then we walked over to my friend April's place and back home, so that's quite a bit of walking. I don't want to not be able to move tomorrow. But I did weigh-in and I've lost 0.7kg since Wednesday. My weight goes up and down a lot so I'm not sure how significant that is, but it's better than gaining.
