Triangle is hard enough when both feet are on the same level surface. It's MURDER on the Wii balance board!! I'm going to hurt later.
Routine:
Free Run - 10 min - 1910m
(Daniel Jackson was nice enough to run alongside me for most of the way, but he tripped twice LMAO. He should keep his eyes on the path instead of on my bouncing boobs. Seriously.)
Snowboard Slalom x2 (Took me the first try to figure out how the heck to do it!)
Strength:
Tricep Extension, Single Leg Twist
Rhythm Kung Fu: Advanced
Yoga:
Sun Salutation, Triangle (of Death)
Zazen (91 sec)
This was a hard workout. Not having done Free Run before, I didn't realize it was ten minutes, but I did pretty good, I think. Just a bit of calf pain. It was fun saying hi to all the famous & friendly Mii's along the way. I know you can watch TV when you do this exercise, but I don't have cable, so I just watched the path.
Tried the Advanced Kung Fu today, wasn't as difficult as I expected. I wish it went on longer, it's so fun.
Did I mention Triangle is a killer? I managed to do it, but man did it hurt.
PS my BMI is the same as Friday.
