I don't feel fat but I know I have been slacking and I am now at my heaviest I have ever been. I have no real idea how I packed on quite so much in such a short space of time, especially as things looked so well just 3 weeks ago.
So back to the drawing board, re-schedule my life to make more room for exercise and more food journaling. I have cooked healthfully for the month and it is all in my freezer so I wont be eating out much, which should help. Getting lunch each day from mom is also helping me to not hit the take out places at lunchtime BUT stress has been through the roof and I so need to find a better alternative to chocolate for me to feel better.

I make my lunch for work the night before, that way all I have to do is grab it and go out the door. Also if you do it when you're full, you tend to think more about the healthy aspects of the food you are preparing and stay away from the fatty stuff (usually).
The only alternative I know of to chocolate is exercise. Literally it makes me feel great when I do it and I lose some stress by working it out.
