Two pieces of whole wheat toast w/ butter and a mug of green tea with sugar. I had that this morning. So boring. Hungry now. Forgot my wallet at home but fortunately there's a frozen lunch in the freezer from last week. I need to get off my arse and cook/prepare healthy meals that aren't going to bore me.

chicken breasts with herbs are delicious. I baked potato wedges with smartbalance light butter and lemon pepper seasoning. I am good for days. Dip it in some bbq sauce. Oh baby!!!
And yet with all of the exercise, I am still losing weight.
Dont bore or starve yourself. Eat. Just learn to eat the right portions. My wife and I have learned to eat on the salad plates. It forces the portions to be smaller, but still getting a full plate. We dont starve in the least.

Toast isn't exactly workout food. It's quick and easy but not necessarily healthy. Personally I go for two bowls of cereal, usually rice krispies, corn flakes or raisin bran to give me energy and lots of the vitamins I need. My own viewpoint is that most food is good for you in the right proportions. So you can still have cheeseburgers, pizza and fried chicken as long as it isn't as often or your portions are smaller. I used to be able to eat 8 pieces of pizza growing up. Now I can barely eat 3 even if I tried.
+1 to smaller plates, it actually does work.
