Two pounds isn't much but I understand how it can affect you. I gained four pounds over two days due to Christmas cookies and mom's cooking. I was the same as you when addicted to Pepsi. I cut out dark sodas three months ago and I think it made a gigantic difference. Occasionally I'll have a 7up or Squirt maybe once a week. They have maybe 25% less sugar so they still aren't great. They have lost their appeal really. Now I drink mostly water and lots of juices. I only drink fat free milk anymore, everything out just tastes too thick to me. It works great for me plus it's slightly cheaper. Thank you for the video and I hope you have a wonderful New Year's Eve!

I cut out Mt Dew. I was drinking 2-3 liters per day. When I was laid off (November 1st), I cut it out entirely. Cold Turkey. I had caffeine migraines for 5 days before they went away. I replaced it with water only. Since then, I have had about 2 liters total in various forms. It doesnt hold the same appeal as when I was addicted to it. It has helped my health immensely. I no longer have acid reflux and my weight has dropped a lot from not drinking it.

Wow that's insane, so I'm not crazy thinking I got a rush from drinking pepsi! It's kinda sick if you think about how commercialized that crap is. smilies/shocked.gif
