Well Taking the day of feeling ill got an ear infection and having to take antibiotics around food I thought I'd give myself along break a little while after the first day I did eat some really fatty food but once I'm back at school I will start again. Had no caffeine at all for one week!!!

Ridding my demons thoughts....

Today is the last day of August 2011. I feel as though I'm at a stand still in my weight loss. I have not gained or lost in a week now. I know things are happening because I can put my jeans on without any kind of struggle. I become sad when I get on the Wii and weigh myself everyday. I have never done that in the past. It was once a week. I guess I could stop weighing myself like that, so I'm not so disappointed when it goes up a little. I'm still very proud of my accomplishments to date. The demons are losing. I have not had a chip or fast food since I started this. I'm feeling good from the inside out. 

This weekend is Labor Day weekend. It's our turn to host the BBQ. We are having it on Sunday since I have to work on Saturday. I'm very happy I will have more control over the dishes for the BBQ. They all can still have the meats since I don't eat any of it... But the sides are going to be different so I can continue on my path to health. So wish me luck and have the most AMAZING weekend to date!!

Day 20 of ridding my demons....

A verse in an Eagles song is very much on my mind today. I thought I would share it on here.

"So often times it happens that we live our lives in chains, And we never even know we have the key."

We all have to power to break those chains if we want to. There is so much help for all kinds of demons. Weight, Eating, Mental Health, and so on. We have to brave enough to make the first step in our lives. Now I'll get off of my soapbox...

Right found this website while scanning the web and got myself a routine sorted at about 1:00am. I have decided to start doing the wii fit because I  don't sleep until early morning  and it starting to bother me. I am going for an endurance routine for two weeks then I will change it. But I can tell you now I am shattered Free run was the thing that did it 2015m is just a little to much. I feel all right though did a bit of deep breathing and rhythmic boxing  after the routine feel a little better for it. Cutting out the sugar  and caffeine is hard and I am have trouble controlling demons.

Demons are losing...

I'm feeling stronger with each passing day. I have been sticking with my routine on a daily basics. Going vegetarian was a God send. I feel so good now! My body tells me what it wants, and for the first time in my life I'm listening to it.  This is working for me. I hope all of you have found what your body needs too...

I've decided after having my second child to get into the wii fit plus more. I hope to lose my belly fat and get toned, along with using the slimfast powder shakes, fiberone bars, and healthier eating (snacking health with one major meal a day). Hey yall whats up? So yes I HAVE been going to the gym lately, but is it weird to only like to work out at night/later in the day?

 In the mornings im like UUUUGGGGHHHHHH..SO i might sneak out to go to the gym tonight.
I KNOW REBEL, but idk there wont be as much people and it will just be overall nicer and quieter. Alright I love you all <3
