in the workout generator, it asks for time spent using wii.

does this mean time spent using wii- ever?
or time spent before you start working out?
or maybe time spent just being in a high level of activity before working out?

not sure how it plays into generating work outs..

This means the time spent using the Wii Fit. For example, if you've just started on the Wii Fit, not all of the exercises have been unlocked. This takes into account how many exercises you may have unlocked by how long you have played.

Now that I look at it, it should say "Time Spent Using Wii Fit"

Can I program the "routine" I choose into my Wii Fit plus so that I don't have to do this daily? I like the routine generator but am having problems trying to put them into my Wii Fit plus - maybe that is impossible!!

Unfortunately, the Wii fit Plus does not offer Aerobic Exercises in their routines. That's why a lot of Wii Fitters prefer our routines.

Also, we are in the process of updating our exercises and routines to reflect the extra Wii Fit Plus exercises.

What we like to do is print out the workouts from the generator, and just run down the list and select each workout one at a time...

Also- that gives us the ability to change or replace any excercises when wii see fit. (pun intended)
