Does the routines include wii fit plus exercises or just old wii fit exercises. I would like very much to have the routines upgraded to these new exercises

Custom routines only include yoga and strength training exercises for you to choose from. Preprogrammed routines include both old and new exercises, but also include games that focus on the specific areas you want to work on. For instance, choosing to work on your arms might include pushups, tricep extension and chicken flight game.

I know I sound like a broken record, but these exercises will be included very soon. We have been in the process of writing a workout guide as well as getting ready to move the site to a brand new server so things will run much smoother here. Once we complete the move, the Wii Fit Plus exercises will be added into the list as well as the routines.
