I'm new to to website (and to exercising...) Although i have an active job i never usually choose to exercise until i discovered wii fit plus and now i'm trying to change!! Finally I can work out without anyone to laugh at my wobbly bits!!

i have looked at some of the routines on here and will be using them, but should i use a different routine each day or stick to the same one??

i'm confused

ultimately i would like to lose some weight and tone up a bit but would also like to build some strength in my arms and back as i have a tendency to have a sore back and yoga helped me before....

any tips?

Your mail goal seems to be losing weight. An admirable goal most of us are striving for. If you want you can do the same routine daily. The only problem with this is people get bored of it easily. Feel free to mix it up because that keeps things different and entertaining for the most part. I'd say focus on one goal at a time, that will make the other goals easier to achieve. Lose the weight first so you know you can do it, then tone and strengthen up.

Keep in mind small dietary changes make a huge difference. Cutting out soda cuts out alot of useless calories and sugar from your diet. You can't go wrong with adding fruits and veggies to the diet. Hope this helps.
