I like it. It gets harder with the different levels.

It has challenges to, but I very raley do them. Its well worth getting.

Maybe some of the reviews dont relaize that you can pick different levels. The easy one was not that good for me.

I have several diffent wii Exercise as I like variety.

Love EA Sports active both of them the best.

I have it now and it is a challenging workout even on Beginner setting. I used to stroll thru the routines I did on the Wii Fit Plus and EA Sports Active...but not The Biggest Loser..I find it quite a challenge. I have cut a lot down on the Fit Plus and EA Sports for now..as I have no energy left to do them so much!!

The challenge of lighting the bulbs up almost killed me

Day 4 on BL now.....

Well I bought it last Sunday and it was delivered on the Wednesday from Amazon UK on free saver delivery too.

Good luck with it...I find it a hefty crank up the gears compared to Fit Plus and Ea Sports.

I manage about 35 to 40 mins...did 55 on WiiFitPlus and EAS before and I think I get a far better workout with the 40 mins on BL.

I actually just borrowed this game from my cousin today to see what it was like. It was a big, big step up for me from Wii Fit+. Even on beginner mode.

I did the recommended routine thingy and there were a few of the exercises I couldn't do yet (pushups, even on knees. I need to work on my upper body strength) but overall I was satisfied.

Have fun with it!

That is true, my point, it is a big step up from WiiFitPlus and I also can't do, won't do floor exercises as i have a hard floor, no exercise mat yet, and just not fit enough yet is probably bottom line on that!! I make custom routine avoiding floor exercises...on the subject of custom routines on TBL....can you only have the 9 exercises per saved routine, as once you fill all the spaces, it seems that's it...?

Re:How good is Wii Biggest Loser USA? Print this page
Here's my review from my blog:

Well, I mustered up enough motivation to start the biggest loser challenge. It's a lot different than the other programs I have at home (EA:SA, Wii Fit Plus).... I like it. I thought it would be a little stupid, but it turns out that it's quite a serious program. Some of it's fun, some of it's pure workout, and the extra bits and bats are alright if you're a newbie to dieting and eating healthy.
I don't think the "burned calories" they tell you on the biggest loser is correct. It told me that I burned 47 for all the stuff I did, but my heart rate monitor told me I burned 310. Big difference!

I like the fact that they concentrate on stretching, warming up and cooling down after a workout. I don't think the wii remote is that sensitive for this game, though, and I have a feeling they just do it "pro-forma." Your image is not mirrored in the fat person that is on the screen, and you're just basically supposed to follow the trainer. I like the EA:SA for mirroring ME much better.

Hi There! I have been away from the Wii for a while and just starting up. I currently own te Wii Fit and EA Sports Active. I was thinking about buying the Wii Fit Plus. However, after reading the comments in this forum, I was wondering if it is better to purchase the Biggest Loser. Please share your thoughts. Thank you!
