Re:noobie! Print this page
wow i didn't realize there was like a whole community out there for the wii fit people, very nice and glad i came across this site. i have had the reg. wii fit for awhile now wads doing a routine and fell off the wagon, recently i was back on it for about a week and feel off agian wheather it was just the time i had or just plain old motivation. though when i was using on a reg. basis it was great made me feel better since i was doing something to better myself. looking through the site here though i seen the weight loss routines which is what i am looking for, but i guess my question is how long do u do each step like moving from easy to med to hard? i am assuming also probably start with the 30min and work my way up? along with the wii fit i am trying to watch what i eat (well try not to eat as much), drink more water, and try to stay away from the junk stuff. any help is greatly apperciated (sp) thanks

Re:noobie! Print this page
Start with the easy routines. When they don't feel challenging anymore and you don't really work up a sweat step up to medium intensity, then hard intensity after that. Do the same for length of time. If 30 minute routines aren't enough, go to 45, then 60, then go from there.

Replace sweets with natural sweets. Instead of candy go for fruit. Instead of soda go to juice. Juice has just as much sugar though so be careful. Those V8 Fusions have alot of sugar, but also have a full serving of fruits/veggies in every glass which helps you reach some of those healthy eating goals.

Re:noobie! Print this page
thanks for the info i will keep it all in mind, i actually basically have stopped drinking soda, i have moved to kool-aid instead dunno if thats really any better, but the water thing is hard to get used to it has no flavor to me i and i don't want to buy the flavored stuff. v8 is a good idea since i probably don't get enough reg. veggie intake thanks again for the advice
