Hi everyone! I'm new to Wii Fit, it finally arrived for my birthday so last night was my first time playing it.. Umm, a little about me, I'm female, 21yrs old, from a very small town, etc etc... I had some health issues and gained to 215 and since last summer/fall I've lost down to 157 (what my Wii told me last night)... I'm excited to get started in a routine with my Wii and hopefully get off of this stand still. I haven't lost any weight for probably 6 months, I've been at a stand still between 155-165 and I hate it! Hopefully this is my one way ticket to a lower weight..

so anyway, I guess thats a little about me.. I'd like to do a weekly weigh in, maybe nobody will care, but I'll probably post it to *try* to stay motivated.. I tend to have problems with getting bored and "lazy" because of lack of motivation... soo..

Good luck! I'm the same with the stand still weight thing.
And it didn't help that I started working and kept telling myself I had no time to play Wii Fit.

Hello and welcome to the board. I've noticed if your BMI is greated than 22 or so that it will be much easier to lose weight. Once you reach that magic number it seems harder to lose for some reason. Maybe that's why the Wii suggests we aim for a BMI of 22 eh? Some of us regulars try posting in the blogs somewhat regularly so everyone knows our progress and to help keep others motivated as well. Feel free to ask any questions and I hope you enjoy using Wii Fit as much as I have.
