Hi gang. I've been using the Wii Fit Plus for 3 weeks or so, and I really like it. I haven't lost anything, but I do feel it in my muscles and even feel a bit stronger.

What I'm striving for is a real good sweat -- 45 minutes where my heart rate is really pumping.

Here's what I've been doing so far for about 30 minutes:
-15 minutes of varying strength exercises to warm up
-Advanced Boxing - Having a hard time keeping up with the advanced moves (instructions go so fast). But if I can get better, this can be a real burner.
-Advanced Hulahoop
-Skateboard - I find that this is my best workout for sweating. I've unlocked "advanced", but I find that it's too difficult yet, so I've been doing the beginner. I love that I can "speed up" and do tricks by lifting my heels. This really makes me sweat. If I do it twice -- look out!

A few that I think might be good are Bicycling and Advanced step, but I find that I don't really sweat as much with these two. It could be that I'm not doing them correctly.

Any suggestions on how I can take it up a notch?

If you really want to lose weight you have to increase your cardio. Free step works, free run is better. Expert boxing and 10 minute super hula hoop as well. Plank helps tone the core and is often very hard to hold. The challenges are a good place to start if you want to improve form and get a serious workout in the process.

30 minutes of free step at full speed, with 2 lb dumbbells and some good workout tunes on the ipod. After that, three rounds of advanced step.
