Hi :-) Just joined the group. My family and I do wii fit plus 'my routine' every morning. I've customized a routine for about 30 minutes and it's a great way to boost our morning. My dad and brother are maintaining 22 BMI and mom and I are both below 19 BMI. If you're curious about our routine and how we've been successful, feel free to drop me a note or add me as friend!

Hi everyone!! I bought my Wii Fit Plus 5 days ago and, so far, have lost 1.5 pounds!! I'm still trying out the various exercises and seeing which ones I am able to do before planning a routine. I never had the original Wii Fit, but I love Wii Fit Plus. I workout with my mom, my son, and sometimes my brother. I have a lot of weight to lose but I'm getting there!!

I have a question hope some one can tell me the answer. I've had the Wii Fit Plus and I thought they upgraded this site to be able to use the wii fit plus. But for some reason I dont see anything. Also, does anyone have difficulty setting a fitness workout on the Plus? Or is it just me?

Go to My Wii Fit Plus and it will give you several options for choosing a routine. It will either randomly choose a routine for you or you can choose exercises from a variety of categories.

Hi All, Not really new to Wii Fit, just new to starting in again this time. Trying to stay motivated. Have a long way to go. Thought maybe meeting some people might help. This seemed like a good community and a nice site. So please feel free to send me a friend request. Haven't got Wii Fit Plus yet but will soon. Any ideas on Wii Fit Plus, Good/Bad? Worth $20? Anyway, I look forward to hearing from you and making some new friends with a common goal.

Just bought the Wii Fit as my Christmas present to myself. It hasn't even arrived and already it seems like the best investment I have made since buying my house. I bought it to add some spice to my usual workout routine, who knew there was this whole other Wii world out there. Can't wait till it gets here.
