I watch TV while I do the free run, and it goes by pretty fast. Running on Wii kills my heels though, since I'm running in place. Maybe I'm not doing it right...

When you run in place, stay on your toes as much as possible. I just found out that as long as you are in motions, you can do other stuff, like marching or knee raises. I am looking forward to another long run to test this out, since I have been only running in place.

When i frist started out running i could not run for no more than 5 min. now i can run for 20 min.
