Excellent aerobic workout that helps with coordination and balance.
To get the best benefit out of this workout try adding wrist and ankle weights.  For added benefit keep your fists up at eye level during the entire set, this will work your shoulders.




Wii Fit Routine Challenge:

Try adding wrist & ankle weights or a resistance band stretched behind your back to increase your punch and kick speed and strength.
