Muscle Group: Tones your chest, abs shoulder and arm muscles.
- Place both hands on the balance board and lift your body up while keeping your back as straight as possible, tighten your stomach for extra benefit
- Do a push up. Bend your arms until your chest almost touches the ground and then slowly return to your former position
- Now shift your weight to your right arm and twist your body and raise your left arm straight up into the air

Try placing your legs on top of something such as a medicine ball or couch
