  • Step 2: On the first whistle bring your feet and arms together like a V

This can be done with ankle and wrist weights to improve muscle strength


Wii Fit Routine Challenge:

Try throwing a heavy (but soft) object, such as a medicine ball, at a partner while going up into jackknife and try catching it on the way back down.
